About Cynthia Glover

An award-winning freelance writer and restaurant reviewer, Cynthia Glover is food and wine editor for Baltimore magazine. Her work has appeared in numerous publications and websites, including AOL/digitalcity.com, Gayot/Gault Millau Publications, foodline.com, Microsoft's sidewalk.com, and Mid-Atlantic Country magazine. She has been a guest lecturer at the Smithsonian Institutions and was written about in Dining Out: Secrets from America's Leading Critics, Chefs, and Restaurateurs by Andrew Dornenburg and Karen Page. This year, she served as a regional judge for The 2000 James Beard Foundation Restaurant & Chef Awards. Cynthia is a member of Les Dames D'Escoffier and the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She also serves on the board of the Baltimore chapter of the American Institute of Wine and Food.
